The Oasis is a guided, experiential circle designed to support presence, nervous system settling, and clarity during the winter season.
This month’s theme - Clearing & Space - honors the natural rhythm of winter: release, rest, and quiet recalibration. Rather than pushing forward, we create space for what wants to emerge next.

Oasis Circles are monthly gatherings within Dunes - a place to pause, soften, recalibrate, and expand.
This is not coaching or therapy. It’s a guided, experiential space for presence and nervous system support.
